Woke up early this morning. Felt a little groggy but OK enough to take out the garbage, drop of Ravi to school and clean up the kitchen.
Stats:
Weight 169lbs
Breakfast: One egg with two rice bread, toasted with butter.
Lunch: Lentils with soya beans in onion and garlic.
Dinner: Chicken curry with peppers and carrots on rice.
Snacks: Apple, Pear and Almonds
Bevarages: Coffee, water.
Eight more days to go, things seem to be proceeding smoothly.
