Slept in a bit, had fairly good night sleep.
Stats:
Weight 170lbs
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with rye crisp bread.
Lunch: Chicken salad with tomatoes and a olive oil and lemon dressing.
Dinner: Rice with Salmon and Potatoe curry. Cheated a bit and had some birthday cake.
Snacks: Almonds, Apple
Bevarages: Coffee, Water
