Day 5
Had a restless sleep, woke up with a slight head ache. Dropped off Ravi to school and Lakshmi to work. Made to to Dr Durabi for my 10am appointment at 10:10am, she was late as well.
Stats:
Weight 168lbs
Breakfast: 2 x Rice toast with almond butter, coffee to go.
Lunch: Left over rice, 7 grain with roasted almonds and cranberries.
Dinner: Potato latkes with apple sauce.
Snacks: Apple, rice cakes with almond butter
Bevarages: water, tea (Bija Deep Cleanse).
Went to bed at about 8pm, felt very sleepy.

Day 4
Woke up early this morning. Felt a little groggy but OK enough to take out the garbage, drop of Ravi to school and clean up the kitchen.
Stats:
Weight 169lbs
Breakfast: One egg with two rice bread, toasted with butter.
Lunch: Lentils with soya beans in onion and garlic.
Dinner: Chicken curry with peppers and carrots on rice.
Snacks: Apple, Pear and Almonds
Bevarages: Coffee, water.
Eight more days to go, things seem to be proceeding smoothly.

Day 3
Slept in a bit, had fairly good night sleep.

Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with rye crisp bread.
Lunch: Chicken salad with tomatoes and a olive oil and lemon dressing.
Dinner: Rice with Salmon and Potatoe curry. Cheated a bit and had some birthday cake.
Snacks: Almonds, Apple

Day 1
I have decided to d-tox my self using the Wild Rose brand, Herbal D-Tox program. It's a 12 day affair and there are twelve days left till Christmas.
The reason I chose this program is from the reviews I've read and conversations I've had with mostly strore clerks and a friend.
So it begins. I've gone through the first day, with the pills and drops and I feel I can last the next eleven days. We'll see.
